Even if it is the sweet kind it usually has less calories than the oreos or any cookies. It helps with the sweet craving and the milk will help fill you up. If you stick to 1 c. of cereal and one cup of milk then it's about 180-200 calories. Another idea is to mix the sweet stuff with some rice puffs or something like that. Then it is a lot more volume with the same or even less calories and the taste is the same. If you plan on a late night snack then you can cut something else out during the day.
